This head immobilization system is simple to use, light weight and easy to clean. This speedblocks head immobilizer is composed of plastic-coated, closed-cell foam head supports, a universal attachment base and two durable head straps. Base plate fits all EMSS aluminum alloy and plastic stretcher and plastic spine boards.
