Steam heated
Basic configuration: Mash tun + lauter tun + kettle/whirlpool combined
Mash tun with paddle type stir, side and bottom steam jacket
lauter tun with bottom installed rakes, side grain outdoor, flat bottom with wort collection pipe and counter washing pipe
Kettle/whirlpool combined tank, with side and bottom steam jacket, separate control, side tangent wort inlet
With piping cooler for cooling down wort after boiling process.
Mash tun with grist hydrator.
Centrifugal pumps with water cooling, all pipes with DIN connection.
The whole brewhouse unit is installed on the fixed platform, easy to remove and install.
Remark:
This brewhouse is used for Brau Beviale 2019 in Nuremberg, and it is not keeping in ware house of the exhibition, i you are interested in this we can do the transport immediately. The time to keep that in Nuremberg is max one month, will be transferred and keeping in the warehouse of Denark for showing after that.
