utilisation : Ranitidine est un antagoniste de l'histamine H2-receptor qui inhibe la production d'acide gastrique. Il est couramment utilisé dans le traitement de l'ulcère gastro-duodénal (UGD) et reflux gastro-œsophagien (RGO). Ranitidine sert également aux côtés de fexofenadine et autres antihistaminiques pour le traitement des affections cutanées comme l'urticaire.
