Using direction:
1.Practice wear mouth tray. Put the tray around the teeth and bite it gently.
2.Get a cup of water the temperature is about 80oc,Plunge the mouthpiece into the water holding it there for not more than 5 seconds.
3.Put the tray around the teeth and nip tightly both sides to your teeth with your forefinger and thumb until the mold becomes hard in 1~2 minutes.
4.Cut the mouthpiece handle.
5.Now put some gel on each contour so formed on the tray and apply the trays on your teeth. You must keep the tray there for about 30 minutes along with the bleaching gel. In the meantime, you can do some light activities, like watching TV, reading, or even sleep.
